On May 28th and 30th, the company jointly carried out the "Ruyi Mom (Dad)" pairing assistance activities with Fangshan Town and Shimenshan Town. As of now, the company has organized employees to establish assistance relationships with 801 impoverished and left-behind children. This year, it recruited 57 Ruyi moms (dads), and TEMB people have demonstrated their love and corporate social responsibility through their actions. On the day of the event, caring parents interacted face-to-face with the children. The Qufu Women's Federation awarded the company the "Love Enterprise" medal and banner, highlighting the high recognition of the public for the charitable act.

After nine years of persistence, the company gradually established a "pairing" assistance system. Through the selection of poverty-stricken children's files by the town and street women's federations and matching of employees as assistance targets, this was a two-way journey for 57 Ruyi moms (dads) and the children. Among this year's caring parents, there were both "senior parents" who had participated continuously for five years and young key personnel who joined for the first time. At the ceremony site, the children wore custom-made name tags for the Ruyi moms (dads), and the letter of gratitude read: "The warm moments of pairing will become precious memories on the children's growth path."

Over the past nine years, TEMB employees have demonstrated human kindness with their love, and the company has used its actions to interpret the profound connotation of "returning to society". As the representative of the assisted children said at the ceremony: "You are not only moms and dads, but also the guides who teach us how to shine." This cross-bloodline warmth will continue to be passed down in the Confucian homeland, lighting up the hope lamps for more children.
