In 2023, the company officially established "TEMB Academy", marking that the company's learning system has entered a new stage of systematization and standardization. In the past three years, TEMB Academy has precisely built a course matrix based on the development needs of the automotive parts industry, and has cumulatively conducted nearly 200 professional courses, covering management efficiency improvement, core technology breakthroughs, product quality control, production process optimization, equipment operation and maintenance guarantee, and other key areas, comprehensively covering all aspects of the company's production and operation. On October 18th, the company specially invited independent directors to conduct a specialized training session on financial knowledge for managers and above. During the training, the lecturer focused on the pain points of enterprise operation and took "Understanding financial language from an operating perspective" as the entry point. Through case explanations of the correlation logic between financial data and business decisions, he helped the management "step out of the business to see the business", learn to judge business risks from the financial perspective and optimize resource allocation; at the same time, around the theme of "Value Chain Cost Management", combined with industry case analysis, the key control points of cost control throughout the entire chain of parts research, procurement, production, and sales were analyzed, providing professional guidance for the company to reduce costs, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and expand profit margins.

On October 25th, a lively "AI Empowerment and Innovation Seminar" was held. The seminar broke through departmental barriers and invited each department to share the application skills of AI in actual work. At the meeting, Mr. Zhang also shared Huawei's practical AI experience in the process of digital transformation, from technology selection, team adaptation to scenario implementation, providing a reference path for the company's AI application. Finally, Chairman Lu Yawei made a summary and evaluation. He emphasized: Currently, the automotive parts industry is moving towards a new stage of intelligent transformation. We should actively embrace AI and deeply integrate it into various actual work scenarios such as research and development, production, and management, using technological innovation to drive efficiency improvement and seize the development opportunities of the industry.
