In the golden autumn of October, the emotions of warmth fill the Double Ninth Festival. On the eve of this traditional festival, the company continued its fine tradition of respecting and caring for the elderly, organizing a visit and consolation activity for the Double Ninth Festival. Chairman Lu Xinmin of the group personally visited the retired employees aged 80 and above, extending sincere greetings and good wishes for the festival to them. This allowed the excellent tradition of respecting, caring for, and assisting the elderly to be deeply rooted in people's hearts and passed down from generation to generation.

During the visit, Chairman Lu Xinmin sat down with them, chatting about daily life, and asked about their physical health and current living conditions. He also presented them with consolation gifts  such as rice， flour， oil， and milk， expressing the company's deep concern for the retired employees and their sincere gratitude for their efforts and contributions to the company's development.

This year， a total of 39 retired employees were visited. Many of the elderly expressed with excitement that although they had left their positions for many years， they still closely followed the company's development and sincerely praised the series of achievements it had made. They thanked the company for its continuous care and concern， and sincerely wished the company a prosperous future and continuous innovation and new breakthroughs.
