To strengthen the construction of the talent pipeline and enhance the professional skills and comprehensive qualities of employees, in the first quarter of this year, TEMB Academy meticulously organized training programs covering various fields such as technological frontiers, quality management, project management, and process operation. A total of 20 specialized courses were held, attracting over 800 participants. Through a closed-loop model of "pre-class research + theoretical teaching + post-class assessment", the training provided employees with continuous learning and empowerment, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the enterprise.

The courses focus on industry trends and actual enterprise situations, setting up a course system that combines professionalism and practicality. The first major course, "The Development Direction and Trends of Thermal Management Systems", was delivered by General Manager Gu from the Shanghai R&D Center. Combining the changes in the new energy vehicle industry, it deeply analyzed the integrated and intelligent development path of thermal management technology in intelligent vehicles, as well as the innovative application of green and efficient technologies in batteries and motor temperature control. This helped the participants grasp the latest industry trends and broaden their technical horizons. Based on the construction of the talent capability matrix, training also offered technical courses such as "New Employee System Knowledge", "Detailed Explanation of Electronic Valve Drive Principles and Protocols", and "Basic Theory and Entry-Level Application of DFMEA". These courses progressed from basic principles to practical methods, helping the technical team solidify their theoretical foundation. Practical courses such as "Basic Tin Soldering Process" and "Structural Design Guidelines for Injection Molding Bushings" strengthened the participants' understanding and application ability of key production processes through case analysis and process dissection. Additionally, management courses such as "Zero Mileage Quality Problem Handling Process" and "Project Management Knowledge" were offered based on actual enterprise scenarios, enhancing employees' quality control and project coordination capabilities, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration efficiency. Courses such as "Explanation of the New Enterprise Profile" and "Hikvision AI Open Platform Algorithm" also started from corporate culture and the application of cutting-edge technologies, helping employees fully understand the enterprise's strategic layout and keep up with the pace of technological innovation.

This training strictly implemented the mechanism of "assessment after learning, evaluation after assessment", and each course included a post-class assessment section. Through theoretical examinations, case analyses, and practical exercises, the knowledge mastery and application ability of the participants were tested to ensure that the training content was well-embedded in their minds. According to statistics, the average pass rate was 92%. Through targeted guidance for some technical courses, the problem-solving ability of participants in practical scenarios such as process design and quality analysis improved significantly.
