On September 30th, the company successfully held the "New Wheat Pursuing Light - Solving Practical Problems and Blossoming Values" college student forum. Nearly 200 people, including company leaders, directors, department heads, managers and college student representatives, attended the meeting.

The New Wheat Pursuing Light Forum received strong support from all departments. 16 contestants stood out from the over 100 college students in the preliminary round and delivered wonderful speeches on themes such as technological innovation, quality control, process research, equipment operation and maintenance, and logistical support.
After a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation, Chang Liang, a technical R&D engineer from High-Broad Company, won the championship. Ma Yuan from the Planning Department, Chen Jue from High-Broad Company, and Cheng Peng from the Aftermarket BU, Sun Yilin from the Plastic Injection BU, and Wu Ji from the Thermostat BU all received the second prize. Wang Yong from the Stamping BU and Gao Xinyi from the Sensor BU, among others, received the third prize. Ten contestants including Wang Yong from the Stamping BU and Gao Xinyi from the Sensor BU received the excellence award. "Where there is a bole, there are swift horses" Director Dai Chuanxi of High-Broad Company, with his insight into identifying talents and meticulous cultivation, won the "Bole Award".
Various forums are one of the important development and innovation platforms of TEMB. This Forum was aimed at college students who had been employed for two years. Its core was to deepen their research on work issues and organize scattered innovative ideas into more systematic and innovative solutions.
